General Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review the policies below:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items (unless due to our error).
Installed electronics are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) is required for all returns.
Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Physical Products (Parts & Accessories)
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days, subject to:
Being unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
A 20% restocking fee
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method upon inspection
Digital Products (Non-Returnable)
All sales of downloadable items are final.
This includes:
Digital vending guides
Location service PDFs
Any downloadable templates or documents
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on these items unless there is a technical issue accessing your purchase.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if:
Items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items are returned after 30 days from delivery
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Credit will be applied to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
Double-check your bank or credit card statement
Contact your card issuer or bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
