Refund Returns

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review the policies below:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items (unless due to our error).

  • Installed electronics are not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) is required for all returns.

  • Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Physical Products (Parts & Accessories)

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days, subject to:

  • Being unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method upon inspection

Digital Products (Non-Returnable)

All sales of downloadable items are final.
This includes:

  • Digital vending guides

  • Location service PDFs

  • Any downloadable templates or documents

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on these items unless there is a technical issue accessing your purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if:

  • Items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items are returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank

  3. If still unresolved, email us at sales@vmrstore.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange, contact us at co*****@******re.com and include your order details and photos (if applicable).
